Primary Position Requirements
This role is designed to drive performance excellence across the organization by creating shared systems and supporting intelligent decision-making. The individual will:
- Lead Training & Onboarding– Build and deliver training that accelerates onboarding, strengthens team-wide understanding, and supports continuous process improvement.
- Oversee Strategic Technology Systems (STS) Deployment – Ensure the effective implementation, use, and ongoing optimization of STS tools to support operations and customer outcomes.
- Drive Automation & AI Adoption Across Workstreams – Lead initiatives that leverage automation and AI to increase organizational efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.
- Standardize Project Information & Strengthen Internal Systems – Ensure consistency in data entry, control inputs, and access to project information organization-wide.
- Manage Performance Metrics & Expected Value Maximization – Design performance dashboards, forecast purchasing needs, and support productivity planning through metrics-driven insights.
- Subsidy Management – Build and manage the process to identify, operationalize, communicate, manage, and close subsidies that support our clients in priority energy management initiatives.
- Business Foresight – Identify and assess new technologies and products that may be of benefit to our clients and strengthen our business offerings.
